- The reservation will only be taken into account upon return of this dated and signed form and accompanied by a deposit check representing 25% of the rental amount.
- A deposit of €150 by uncashed check will be required before taking possession to cover any damage and a deposit of €50 in cash for cleaning. They will be returned upon departure depending on the inventory and the state of cleanliness. Any missing or damaged material will be invoiced.
- Holiday vouchers accepted
- Water, electricity and gas consumption are included in the prices.
- Sheets for the 140 x 190 and 80 x 190 beds, towels and hand towels are not provided.
