1. The reservation will only be taken into account upon return of this dated and signed form and accompanied by a deposit check representing 35% of the rental amount.
2. A deposit of €150 by uncashed check will be required before taking possession to cover any damage and a deposit of €50 in cash for cleaning. They will be returned upon departure depending on the inventory and the state of cleanliness. Any missing or damaged material will be invoiced.
3. Holiday vouchers accepted
4. Water, electricity and gas consumption are included in the prices.
5. Sheets for the 140 x 190 and 80 x 190 beds, towels and hand towels are not provided.
